Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of $49 if:
- You decide to cancel your pre-booking for any reason.
- You change your mind about the product — no explanation needed.
- The product launch is delayed beyond your expectation.
- The product is cancelled or discontinued (automatic refund).
- You experience any technical issue with the pre-booking process.
There are no conditions, time limits, or penalties for requesting a refund. Your refund request will always be honoured.
How to Request a Refund

Email booking@openai-sweetpea.shop with subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address you used for pre-booking.

We'll verify your booking and initiate the refund within 1–2 business days.
Refund credited
The refund of $49 is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Fiat refunds (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets) are processed via Cashfree Payments to your original source account. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your pre-booking at any time by requesting a refund.
- Upon cancellation, your waitlist position and referral code will be deactivated.
- If the product launch is cancelled by Sweet Pea / OpenAI, all pre-booking fees will be automatically refunded in full.
- There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Important Note
Sweet Pea is currently in the pre-booking / pre-order phase. The product has not yet shipped. Since no physical product has been delivered, all refunds are full refunds of the pre-booking fee ($49). Once the product ships and is delivered, a separate return/exchange policy will apply.
